The agency was not very responsive to our request for information on flights and hotels. It took a long time for them to send us the email with the prices. The overall experience was disappointing.
Kari-Lynn Brock was amazing in helping us with our honeymoon plans. She listened to our needs and found a perfect resort for us. However, when we had to cut our trip short due to unforeseen circumstances, the agency could not help us in changing our travel arrangements. The customer service was lacking in that aspect.
I had a great experience with Tammie Brownlow. She provided me with all the necessary information and made the booking process seamless. I would definitely recommend her for future trips.
