My favorite R studio! Full on fire with Ashley is fantastic, the studio is great and so good in the summer when it’s just too hot for a “hot-class”.

Great workouts! Love the variety of class options, there’s something for everyone. All the coaches and wonderful. They help you with your form when needed. I bought the punch pass since I don’t live in the area and I’m always so excited to attend a class when I can. I would definitely have a membership if I lived in Halifax :)
