One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Rexall. Came with my nephew and niece (1 & 3 year old) and was at cash ready to checkout but just getting smarties for them and the cashier told me there was 10 minutes till closing which is fine since I was going to be quick. I Start scanning the items and she starts mumbling to herself, turning the power off on the till and starts to walk away. I ask if she is still open she claims that the til cancelled her through but go ask the girl at the other till as mumbled while walking away. The other teller was speaking with a costumer and during the small break in min they had he calls her over and tells her IM THE COSTUMER you can help me as it will take a while since the other costumer was talking to the teller about the NFL. She finally shows up and I start to explain what occurred and she said what do you want. I wanted to purchase items but she basically didn’t want to serve me, so I said I wanted to speak to the supplement rep that was in the aisle which she started to walk away. There are many other places to purchase from without the rudeness.

I was able to find what I needed easily, and the checkout process was quick and efficient. The prices were reasonable, and I appreciated the selection of products available.
