Jennifer from the pharmacy was so amazing with my son. She took time with him to get him to drink some liquid which he was desperately in need of. Every time she would get him to take a drink she would say cheers and she would take a drink of her water. She showed me that she cares so much thank you for your help today Jennifer

I tried for three years. This is the most disorganized pharmacy one could imagine. Only once in three years did they get my son's prescriptions right. Every other month there was one problem or another, excuses, new promises to get it right, apologies. I had had enough. The final straw was this COVID disaster. The line moves at a snails pace while patients wait and wait and wait in close proximity to one another. The staff seem too busy for anything but 'drop it off and come back.' I unfortunately have to move my prescriptions elsewhere. I cannot put up with the poor management and unsafe protocols.
