Their salesman was far more professional than that of the competitor I had dealt with, the price quoted was lower, and he was very accommodating in scheduling the work. Installers arrived as scheduled, were very careful in our home, and did a thorough clean up when done. Overall, I am very satisfied with Reliable Home Environment's service.

The rep suggested a properly sized unit for our home and even identified an issue with ducting above the existing furnace which was corrected at no charge. After three years, the furnace and AC are excellent. The AC is far more powerful than the previous one. The furnace is whisper-quiet. Many thanks to all the staff. I highly recommend Reliable.
I had a scheduled maintenance which I confirmed. When the technician came, I saw his truck from the window, but he did not ring my doorbell. Then he left a message at my door that I was not home for the appointment. This is ridiculous. I called them right away. And the technician told me that next time he will knock or ring the doorbell, then he came back and did the service. Besides the initial disappointment, everything went well.
