I sent a package going to the Ph last Sunday. The tracking number is not valid, I called the REAL LIQUIDATION STORE KINGSWAY instead of helping me they just laughed at me and said that it is not their problem. Rude! They even told me that they are busy attending other customer. Very poor service!

Very poor service!
The cashier was rude and unhelpful. They didn't take any responsibility for a package that went missing and simply brushed me off. I would not recommend using this liquidator.
The liquidator had a horrible wait time and no reservations were allowed. I had to wait for over an hour just to speak to someone. The overall experience was terrible and I would not go back.
The quality of the products/services was very poor. I was not satisfied with what I received and would not shop here again.
The facilities and amenities were lacking. The store was not well-kept and there were no proper amenities for customers.
The initial impression and atmosphere of the store was not welcoming. I did not feel comfortable or valued as a customer.
