I really wanted to like this store and to support RAPS, but at this point I really do hope that RAPS has alternative ways to fundraise. I went in yesterday and the lady working at the counter was so incredibly rude. I asked her a simple question about the return policy and she replied with a snarky remark and rolled her eyes at me. I was taken aback by her attitude and it really put a damper on my shopping experience. I understand that working in customer service can be tough, but there's no excuse for treating customers like this. I hope RAPS addresses this issue because it's really a shame that a otherwise good cause and organization is being represented in such a negative way.
