Had the product in my store for 6 months and the light in my storage room stoped working. They will not swap it out for a new one. I expected it to be better quality than 6 months.
AS A MASTER ELECTRICIAN, I HAD A VERY BACK EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR PRODUCTS.JUST AFTER A WEEK OF INSTALLATION ALL OF OUT DOOR FIXTURES WERE FULL OF WATER!! CHEAP MATERIAL AND UNRELIABLE PRODUCTS.
Dissapointed with the customer service I received. Talked to a live agent and was promised someone would get back to me but never did.
