I came during working hours, and tried to enter the door that was not indicated as "only employees"....and it was locked but i heard many voices behind that door. They had no signs indicating for new customers where to go (since they have a locked door). They really need to work on their signage and customer service.

Literally standing here at this moment and have never had such bad service in my life. Incompetency level is high today. I called an hour ago to ‘reserve’ my one bag of chocolate I want. I left work early because I was told it would be ready. Got here. Nope. Not ready. I’m now just ‘assuming’ they can have it ready tomorrow at 10:00am. Hope so, because that’s when I’m coming by .... maybe I’ll call and ‘reserve’ again!
