Absolutely amazing customer service. Follows up, fixes problems, and are very understanding. Had some issues starting the internet up with wiring and hardware but for such a remote location (offering up to 1 gig of fibre optic which I was shocked about), I'm very happy with how quick they are to respond. Thanks for all your hard work!

Noticeable slow down internet during evenings. Has twice messed up billing one of whick they billed someone else for several months then wanted it corrected in 1 payment. Poor customer service.
