Same experience as others. They are all very polite but do not expect anything from support and do not even expect a response. When they do answer, it is usually after 3 or 4 days. Implementation is painful and slow as it has taken over a week to get any kind of response on a quality issue. The software itself is user-friendly and has good functionality, but the lack of timely support really hampers the overall experience.
