Had a great experience with Prouse Electric. My furnace failed on the cold day of the season so far this year. They were able to send their technician Jason out first thing in the morning. He called to confirm he was on route and he showed up in the scheduled time slot. The issue was diagnosed and Jason had it repaired quickly. He even took the time to explain what the problem was and the recommended maintenance I should be doing.
