Dealing with Protech and Darcy was a 100/10 experience very accommodating as I work from home and needed something specific and it was no big deal! Darcy was professional and very kind. She helped me by all the products I needed and took the time to explain the process of what I needed to be done. Diagnosed an issue with my furnace and ordered the part. Came in the following week and had it fixed the moment she arrived. So happy with the services they provided. Will definitely be using them in the future!
