Property Vista is not as advertised. Buyer beware. This software solution is not quite the solution it claims to be. Features are half finished and did not save time as they said it would. Even something as simple as updating a tenant's contact information is convoluted and their tech support doesn't respond in a timely manner.
Property Vista reached out to us in November to try to sell their software to us. The sales rep was aggressive and made many promises about how great the software was and how it would revolutionize how we manage our properties. However, after doing our research and speaking with other property managers who used the software, we decided against it. It seemed like a lot of the features were not fully developed and there were ongoing issues with customer support. We are happy with our decision not to go with Property Vista.
