We purchased a Drexel forklift in Dec 2021. I was a bit worried because the lift was in Canada and we are in Miami. The unit was received in good condition as reported and was put to work right away! We are very happy with this purchase. Thanks again!

Upon asking why they didn't give us any battery maintenance instructions during the purchase, they simply said it was our responsibility to inquire about it. Very disappointed with their lack of transparency.
