I really like this apartment. The staff is very friendly. The maintenance has always been done very efficiently. The hallways are always kept clean. In addition, the apartment is located very close to the bus stop and shopping mall, which makes life much easier. Overall, this is a very comfortable place to call home.
Management started out as lovely. Very accommodating until requests for repairs started to get ignored. The back burner on the oven sparked and another would never heat up. The water has a heavy chlorine taste and smell. The furnace would …
The building it self seems fairly well kept might be just a few to many that ruin it for the other tenants. Definitely needs an assertive management team to clean house..
