Mixed bag here. Unfortunately the sales department has undergone many changes. With respect to product selection, it's a great array, but sadly, when looking at the products by an individual basis, it becomes apparent that the passion is not there. Some products have missing parts or are not functioning properly. The customer service is hit or miss as well. Overall, there are some good options, but they need to improve in many aspects.

The variety of products is impressive, but the quality of some of them is lacking. I had items with missing parts and others that didn't work properly. It's hit or miss with their customer service as well. They have potential, but there's room for improvement.
