I got married about a month ago and really didn't want to leave a negative review, but I'm still bothered a month later so I feel like it's fitting. I ordered 55 steak dinners, I was promised they'd all be cooked medium and to the same temperature. Unfortunately, that was far from the case. Some were overcooked, some were undercooked, and some were just plain raw. When I brought this up to the caterer, they just shrugged it off and didn't offer any solution or compensation. It's a shame because the food had potential to be really good, but the execution was a complete disappointment.
