Kathy and her team at Phase One design have been fantastic to deal with over the past decade. The team has helped my team and i on over fifteen projects and consistently provides a fun experience for myself and my clients. We absolutely love dealing with the Phase One team at Cook Custom Homes!
If you're a contractor/supplier, DO NOT work with this firm! Kathy does not pay her bills. I have invoices outstanding over 6 months and she has ignored me for the majority that time. Highly advise against providing any service to this business, you'll never get paid for it.
