Absolutely LOVE Pelvico! I started coming here when I was pregnant and continued afterwards… it’s quite nice having my massage, chiro, physio and gym all at one spot. Great space, baby friendly, super welcoming! Shannon, Sara, Dr. Maggie & Terri are phenomenal!
Can't recommend Pelvico enough! Shannon's postpartum classes were such a wonderful part of my maternity leave. The classes are so refreshing in that there is no focus on weight loss or "bouncing back" after baby but rather meeting each …

Can't recommend Pelvico enough! Shannon's postpartum classes were such a wonderful part of my maternity leave. The classes are so refreshing in that there is no focus on weight loss or "bouncing back" after baby but rather meeting each other where we're at and empowering us to use the amazing bodies we have. The exercises are always adjustable and there is no judgement about needing to modify, take breaks, do rectus healing or laugh through an exercise when a baby nurses at mama's leg.
