A couple months ago I worked with Carissa and she was absolutely lovely. She's very knowledgeable, great at teaching and makes the exercises fun, With her help I'm now feeling better and she gave me the knowledge and tools to manage my shoulder pain whenever it flares up. I highly recommend her if you have any shoulder pain!!
