I am afraid that I cannot give this company "a" star. Our insurance company sent this company to our home to clean up after we had some flooding. Honestly, they did more damage to our home than the flood did. After tearing up some of our floors and ripping them out, they discovered that all we really needed was something unobstructed to lift the floors up from the water. Then if they put big fans on it and dried it out.
