This place is corrupt staff are taking payoffs from dealers to be able to use it as a place they beat people up and they turn a blind eye. They don't do their job because if they did they would be out of work it's a revolving circle to the same place in hell you have been in.
A few do and like their job but the ones that don't are usually in control and won't be moved away for not doing so. Which sucks but their time will come as it always does, not cool to be half way helping at a shelter ???? …
Everything was great there except having to make sure u have only 2 bags of stuff... It's hard to not collect things or to throw stuff away that matters to u ... They tell u they don't have enough storage but that's bullshot I've seen the empty places they have that can be used for storage
