I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Park-Aid Asphalt and Maintenance Ltd. My business on Coronet Rd has been without proper access to the parking lot for over two weeks. All other businesses on the same block have a temporary access, but we have been left without any solution. This has caused a lot of inconvenience to our customers and employees. I would not recommend this company for any asphalt work.
What a terrible decision by Park-Aid Asphalt and Maintenance Ltd. to shut down the road in the morning. This is the busiest time for people trying to get to work, and they chose to block the road. They should have planned the equipment movement before or after the high traffic hours. This is extremely frustrating and shows a lack of consideration for the customers.
