PIA check-in counter took 40 minuets because of internee young girl. Authorities must improve performance of Airline staff at Pearson Airport Toronto, they also changed my paid advance seats and given me n family of 5 last seats. Ground staff and cabin service is good as well as on time. Once aircraft ran out of water on Bodrum-Istanbul sector and on the plane information says plenty of drinks available on board. National flag carrier is in completely re-development process, operation and services are for better than before, Still a lot to do to compete the international aviation market. Best wishes for all affiliates within PIA.

While all airlines let you book your seats online and sometime even make you pay for special seats, PIA BS continues and the one of the most corrupt management will keep these seats to serve their families and friends. Air hostesses are not professional, apart from an odd lady sometimes. Most of the staff is on holidays and goofing around. Only Government should step in here and investigate the staff. They are ruining their strategic investment in bigger picture wit Taylor and others. Shame!

PIA is the best airline I have flown. Their service is excellent and my flight was on time. The crew members were very friendly and helpful. The food served onboard was delicious. I would highly recommend PIA to anyone traveling to Pakistan.

I recently flew with PIA and had a terrible experience. The flight was delayed by several hours and there was no communication from the airline about the delay. The staff at the airport were rude and unhelpful. The food served onboard was also of poor quality. I would not recommend flying with PIA.
