As a person who requires extra assistance, these guys go above and beyond. At my comox stop, to prevent my wheelchair from getting soaked the co-pilot kept my seat under his coat and the other person stood over the wheelchair to protect it. I got into the terminal in a dry wheelchair. All staff are friendly, helpful, kind and courteous.
