This is a nice spacious and open building where you go through Canadian Customs if you arrive from the US. You can also exchange currency. Staff are polite and helpful. You can call for a cab on a wall phone near the front door; but the wait can be long as only one cab can fit at the cab waiting area., but, overall, it's a smooth and easy process. The station is clean and modern, and there are a few shops and restaurants available.

It's usually which slip I'm unloading in. Today I got yelled at for having headphones on. There is no reason to be rude just because you have a badge and a gun. Security at this location is extremely aggressive and it is unprofessional and unnecessary especially when passengers are present. Very unpleasant experience.
