My flight got cancelled at the last minute so I needed to change my bus departure time. So, I called the customer service number and it directed me to the authorized person I guess (I was on hold for approximately 15 min each time), finally I reached the agent, and in 15 min my bus departure time was modified without any extra fee, the entire call took no more than 20 minutes. Great service and responsiveness from the customer service team.
