Efficient process, comfortable buses, and courteous drivers.

I had accidentally bought tickets for a week later than I needed so I had 10 minutes to go switch them and it was very easy. All the employees were very kind and understanding. It was my first time on a travel bus and I was nervous but they answered all my questions. The inside of the bus was very clean and comfortable

Better way to travel around Quebec than Via Rail. They saved me when Via Rail wouldn't let me on an uncrowded train with a ticket that was mistakenly booked for the day before. They are less expensive and their website is easier to navigate. Their customer service is great.
