Best customer service I have had in a long time. The lady who did my ultrasound was extremely kind and polite. I hope there were more like her!
Friendly staff. However, the facility is extremely dirty. The tech did not put any paper down on the table, there was only a bare mattress. No soap in the bathroom. Overall, it felt very unorganized and unsanitary. Will not be returning.
Not sure how this place ended up getting such low ratings. I went there on Saturday morning to get an x-ray done for my back. Overall it was quick including the check-in process and the gentleman who did my x-ray for me was friendly and nice! Don't forget to bring the health card and the referral letter from your doctor.
