I had antique white furniture and had been a smoker. The cleaner I called before had cleaned my upholstered furniture and then left a sticky residue all over it. I tried to clean it myself after but no luck ????. I called Dan and he was very understanding and quick to book me in and not only did he get the residue off but the furniture acted as a filter for the sticky residue, which turned up as a brown stain on his micro-cleaning cloth. The furniture is now clean and more importantly, no sticky residue on myself when I sit down. I also got him to clean the carpets, he was prompt, met his quoted (free) estimate, he got dirt out of the carpet, smelled fresh & clean and even better, it dried really quickly unlike my previous cleaners carpets cleaning .
