The gentleman that showed us around (despite computer system being down) was kind, knowledgeable, and patient with our questions and concerns. Definitely would recommend despite the reviews because this is a reliable company when it comes to orders being fulfilled and our contractor working with them.
It's true, this showroom is smaller than the one in Montreal I'm used to. However, there is plenty to look at and to choose from. Huge shout out to John at the desk who was super welcoming, knowledgeable and helped us out.
The people who drive the delivery truck for this company, are crazy. One cut me off to make the turn lane, then brake checked me. People like that who suffer road rage, should not be delivery drivers. Shame on Olympia for allowing that type of behaviour in its drivers.
