Purchased Tiles March 31st 2022. They sold me way too much tiles 370 for 170 needed. As construction was delayed I was 5 days late to return remaining tiles. Rob the manager was on vacation and the Sales person Lady didn't want to take them …

The cashier did not serve professionally, it took 40 minutes and only then she found a solution how to write a check. I lost a lot of time. I really hope to find another supplier company.

We ordered the stone and paid for expedited shipping, wrong stone came in, we were promised that the right stone will be on the truck the same day and will be shipped expedited service to us. 2 weeks later the stone is still not here. Lack of customer service and deceiving promises is totally unacceptable. Very dissapointed.
