I found Cael and osteopathy while online looking to schedule another practitioner at Arise. Curious about this para-medical option, I booked an initial appointment and cannot believe how effective it is! She is!! Cael has somehow managed to give my left shoulder so much more range than it's had in over a decade!!
Cael is wonderful. Not only is she great at what she does. She’s helped me with my issues greatly. But she’s also so kind and willing to explain what she’s doing. And gives you ways to help yourself too!
Cael is my favorite osteopath out of all the osteopaths I've visited in various different cities! She is so relaxed and calm and her practice is super gentle and super effective. I've moved away from the Okanagan and I honestly don't miss much - but I do miss getting treated by Cael!
