Called to explain my situation, As agent responded ended the call quickly because did not feel he could help me. No need to waste anyone’s time.
A consumer protection agency that (unlike other provinces) does not help mediate the consumer complaints. All they do is refer you to small claims. If they don't 'actively' help protect the consumer, then what's the point of their existence?
