Northpoint properties is a great company to rent from as they are very responsive and they are in your apartment the next day regarding any maintenance request! My only downfall with them is that I find that their rent is too high and it’s not affordable for the student population.
I lived at 5670 Inglis St. during my university days- great location in a sweet building. Not sure if the same integrity has been upheld since then but it was a perfect spot for a southend student.
