I was so impressed with the service department and the manager Phil in particular. My 3301 quit in the middle of my driveway redo on a Friday afternoon and after talking on the phone with Phil well past 6 we managed a work around to keep me going. He was even willing to drive down to Qualicum Beach on Saturday to get me going! WOW!!
I had a really amazing experience here today dealing with Robson in sales. He was super flexible with my needs and deserved every ounce of these gold stars! Hope to get back and do more business.
