Called twice. Once to get times and then to book. Booked/confirmed a time. Invited everyone for this holiday get-together. Got a bunch of confirmations then a full day later, “Colleen” texts (too cowardly to call?) and says she double booked and dropped us. My 10 grandkids were so excited, my husband was all ready for his retired men’s group (that is a lot harder to line up). No offer to reschedule. No offer to try to make it right. They couldn’t even call. Feel free to check out other reviews on Yelp, etc for more of the same. Run, do not walk, away from this very unreliable business!

I then booked a time for my daughter's birthday party and the staff was friendly and very helpful during the event. The location is great and the facility is well-maintained. Would recommend.
