Contacted John on very short notice to have some major suspension work performed on my motorhome just days before we were to depart on an extended vacation. This was a new procedure for Norfolk, but they got me in as soon as my part arrived from the US. I was very satisfied with the work and Can Do attitude of John and his staff.
