Had an awful nurse at a hospital visit. Prioritized her scheduling needs over my request to come back later, saying I was her last visit. Rude, unhelpful, and the entire survey was a waste of my time
Reception was rude but mostly for those who have dogs we’ve been told to bring in ticks to public health to test for Lyme disease when it’s a black legged tick. If you’re a dog owner we don’t need someone to tell us it’s that kind of tick. …
