I had a very disappointing experience with Todd (the owner) and this company in general. I had called Newcastle Drafting and Design because they were referred by a contractor I was hoping to use to add a big addition to our house. At first, they seemed helpful and knowledgeable, but as soon as I signed a contract and paid a deposit, their attitude completely changed. They became unresponsive and made numerous mistakes in the design plans. It was a nightmare trying to get them to fix their mistakes, and in the end, I had to hire another drafting service to redo the plans. I would not recommend Newcastle Drafting and Design to anyone.
