I want to commend two Toronto airport employees, Patricia Fogg and Sara Jane O'Brien for their outstanding assistance to me on my first travel by air since my accident which left me a paraplegic. These women were given the task of getting me into my wheelchair at the airport gate, transporting me to the plane, then lifting me into my seat and reversing the process for the return flight. Both women were highly professional, kind, careful, and strong. I would not have made these flights without them and without their reassurance. It is my deeply held belief that such employees should be recognized for their outstanding service. Sara Jane and Patricia Fogg deserve medals!
