My first try at show shoeing and joining an adventure with Nature Girls was an outstanding success! Michele got our muscles prepared with targeted yoga poses before getting us outfitted with the shoes. Once we headed out, it became a beautiful trek through the short hills to a stunning waterfall. The highlight was the wine tasting at the end. Highly recommend!
