Hi there, please stay away from this rental place. We rented the Jade Muskoka cottage on Lake Muskoka (1093 Greenwood Point), through them Aug 11-18th. We had many issues during our stay. First of all, the cottage was not as advertised. The pictures showed a beautiful and spacious cottage, but in reality, it was outdated and cramped. The facilities and amenities were lacking. The kitchen appliances were old and barely functional, and there were no basic supplies like toilet paper or soap. We had to go out and buy everything ourselves. The overall experience was very disappointing. We had high expectations based on the pictures and description, but the reality was far from it. The ambiance and decor were outdated and in need of an upgrade. The furniture was old and uncomfortable, and the whole place had a musty smell. The customer service and staff were unresponsive and unhelpful. We had several issues during our stay, and when we reached out for assistance, we were met with indifference. The quality of products/services was subpar. The cottage was in poor condition and not well-maintained. There were several issues with plumbing and electricity, which made our stay even more unpleasant. Our initial impression and atmosphere were not pleasant at all. We expected a beautiful and luxurious cottage but were disappointed with what we got. Our personal experience was negative overall, and we would not recommend this rental agency to anyone. The wait time for reservations was also quite long, and communication with the company was difficult. Overall, a terrible experience.
