My husband and I love museums and this one is tops. The gentleman who gave us a tour was so interesting and knowledgeable. Too bad blacksmithing is a dying art. We need to keep our history for generations to come.
Excellent historical Blacksmith shop. The gentleman who gave us the tour was an experienced Blacksmith of many years and did a wonderful job of explaining not only the workings of the shop but the history of both the shop and local community. Worth a visit to if anyone is in the area.
Beautiful setting next to the falls. The museum is full of interesting local and other artifacts. It is not an active forge though!
