Giving this ICU 1 star is even too much. The lack of professionalism is horrid. I lost a son and a mother in last 12 months. I am exhausted. Last month my daughter was in the coma for 3 weeks, in terrace hospital. What a nightmare. I will never support an organization that cares so little for human life.
FIVE ⭐️'s Before, during, and after my surgery. The staff, nurses, and doctor were fabulous. They were friendly / patient / communicated clearly regarding direction and procedures. I felt completely at ease, and they were very caring. And best of all, the surgery was a success!
