The staff in charge of framing at Michaels don't have the skills to provide a good product. Not only was dust left in my newly framed picture but the dust/dirt left dents on the print. The seal was mediocre at best as it was easily removed …

I'm happy with the custom frame, however I got it home only to find I couldn't hang it as there was no wire?? If you are paying this kind of $$$ you expect it with a wire, ready to hang. Then with a follow up call, I got attitude from the frame staff! Not happy.

Sofia helped us pick some frames and she was incredibly patient and polite.
