Staff are phenomenal, but management leaves much to be desired. Constant reports of active neglect and abuse by a new dietary manager were completely disregarded and residents are in danger or dying. DO NOT leave your loved ones to the mercy of the management in this home.

Called office the next day- no one picked up. I guess they don’t want any new employees.

As I’m leaving, the female psw who is employed by this place starts yelling at me in front of everyone asking how dare I just skip out when they need me. Now this might be acceptable if I was her employee but I am not. She was screaming her head off so loud I was scared. At this point the agency I worked for told me to never come back here as I was in an unsafe environment. I reported this to the person who is my “boss” in the agency, turns out he was also yelled at by the same person and he said it’s a handle nightmare. The place is good at unweeekend work but the lady running the place should not treat agency workers like that. I have never been treated like this in any home care setting ever before. Not impressed.
Overall, a terrible place for seniors to live. The staff is really bad and has little compassion for residents. The managers allow this and don't address concerns. The place is run by family, and the owners do not have a good reputation in the community. Not a safe place to live for seniors.
My mother was a resident and I must say that she received terrible care. The staff were very rude and would ignore resident's needs. Untrained staff were caring for residents which led to numerous falls and injuries. The management did nothing about the issues and seemed more interested in making money rather than providing quality care.
I would not recommend this retirement home to anyone. The overall experience was terrible and I regretted my decision to move my mom here. The staff was unprofessional and seemed more interested in their personal lives than the well-being of the residents. The management was unresponsive and did not address any concerns. The facilities were also run-down and not well-maintained. Stay away from this place!
