We are very happy with the quality of the pool and the service provided by Mermaid. Definitely recommend!
We contacted Mermaid in the spring of 2021 for an above ground pool purchase and installation. The pool was installed in August of 2021 and 2 months later Mermaid closed it for the season in October 2021. At the time of closure, there was a leak in the pool and we were told that it would be fixed before the next season. However, when we contacted Mermaid in the spring of 2022, they claimed that they couldn't find the leak and refused to honor the warranty. We are extremely disappointed with their lack of customer service and quality of their products. Will not recommend.

We had a terrible experience with Mermaid Pools and Hot Tubs. We ordered a swimming pool and were promised a certain delivery date. However, the pool was not delivered on time and when it finally arrived, there were missing parts. We had to wait for weeks for the missing parts to be delivered and the installation process was a nightmare. The pool itself is of poor quality and leaks constantly. We have tried contacting Mermaid multiple times to fix the issues but they have been unresponsive. Would not recommend.
