The people here are helpful and courteous. I have always found a safe haven to talk about my feelings, my concerns, and get help with my prescriptions from the psychiatrists on duty. I don't know why there are several low ratings, I have always had a positive experience here.
if you can mange to get in to see some one then good for you. I have received nothing but difficulties getting a hold of people here. The people I can speak with are clueless and rude or simply cannot perform a phone transfer nor take a message. No wonder Nelson is Mental health difficulties capital.
Call to harrass and frighten family members of patients. They want your details but WILL not tell you why they must repeatedly frighten you!
